Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 September 2026. These terms govern use of Tremolo Engine, operated by Tremolo Media.

1. Accounts

  • Accounts are for the named individual. Do not share your credentials.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform to harass anyone, or to send unlawful or deceptive messages.
  • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other clients, creators, or accounts.
  • Do not use the platform to breach the terms of any connected service, including Meta, Google, or TikTok.

3. Creator collaborations

Agreements between a brand and a creator are between those parties. Tremolo Media facilitates introductions, briefs, content review, and where agreed, payment administration. We do not guarantee the performance of any campaign or the conduct of any party.

4. Content ownership

Creators retain ownership of content they produce, subject to whatever licence they grant a brand in their collaboration agreement. Uploading content to the platform grants us only the limited licence needed to host, display, and share it with the relevant client for review.

5. Third-party data

Figures sourced from Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or the Meta Ad Library are provided by those platforms and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Fit scores are internal estimates, not guarantees. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a commercial decision.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the platform is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
