Draft — needs legal review before you rely on it. The factual parts (what data this platform collects, where it comes from, how long it is kept) are accurate to how the software actually works. The legal framing, governing law, and your company details still need to be checked and completed by someone qualified.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. How to do it depends on whether you have a Tremolo Engine account.

If you have an account

Email privacy@tremolomedia.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm, then remove your account, profile, messages, and campaign records.

Some records are retained where we are legally required to keep them — for example invoicing and payment history — and security audit entries are kept in a minimised form. We will tell you exactly what was retained and why.

If you do not have an account

We may hold a research profile about you if you have a public professional presence on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok and appeared to be a possible fit for a client campaign. That profile is built only from information those platforms publish through their official APIs.

To have it removed, email privacy@tremolomedia.com with the subject Remove my profile and include the handle and platform, for example @yourhandle on Instagram. You do not need to create an account, explain yourself, or prove anything beyond the handle.

We will delete the profile, its collected posts, and every score derived from it, and we will add the handle to a suppression list so it is not collected again.

Disconnecting Meta

If an administrator connected a Meta account to this platform, use Disconnect in Admin → Settings. That deletes the stored access token and the list of Pages, Instagram accounts, and advertising accounts it granted. You can also revoke access from Meta's side, under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

How long it takes

  • We acknowledge requests within 5 working days.
  • We complete deletion within 30 days.
  • Backups holding the data are rotated out within 90 days.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU it is your national supervisory authority.
